The new Blades shipped in their new enviroshell, environmentally friendly package.

These Blades are the latest and greatest Blade product from a design, durability and performance perspective. This was an enormous achievement since we had to switch manufacturers of Blade, the Blade cartridge as well as the packaging company all while trying to meet the expectations of customers who have been very eager to receive and begin to distribute our latest offering.

The new Blade product is a significant improvement over the earlier model for several reasons.

1. Manufacturing - We have a new manufacturer that has higher quality control standards than did our previous manufacturer. This will ensure consistent performance. This manufacturer is dedicated to producing Blades only and will be able to scale to the increasing volumes that we are seeing today and in the future.

2. Chrome - Our Chroming process has been significantly upgraded and this should help the product keep its appearance in all types of weather conditions.

3. The filter cartridge -A new blend of fabrics has been developed specifically for Blade. The previous material was found to be different from the specification we delivered to the manufacturer and had limitations on the number of applications it could support as well as its ability to hold the pressure (not backpressure because as we all know Blade does not cause backpressure) needed to have the positive scavenging that enables Blade to improve volumetric efficiency. The faulty material would melt in high heat applications such as E 250 Vans with a load or cars at very high RPMs. This new fabric handles any type of load and has not shown any failure at high RPM conditions.

4. Packaging - We are very pleased to announce that all of our Blades will now be packaged using the patent pending technology that features 100% PET material (made exclusively from plastic drinking bottles) making this the most earth friendly consumer package on the market. New Testing of Blade completed with results to be formally announced soon.

The new testing was once again performed by Automotive Testing and Development Inc. (ATDS) www.automotivetesting.com the premier independent testing laboratory in the country. These tests were performed on a variety of makes and models both foreign and domestic including a hybrid and the results are outstanding. We look forward to sharing this information shortly and finally putting to rest any lingering skepticism about Blade.
